RETURNS

Returns are only issued within 7-days of the customers receipt (purchase) date. If you would like to schedule a return please contact shipping@mavenbeautysupplies.com 

Once the items are returned and inspected into our warehouse, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. 

EXCHANGES

We will gladly exchange an unopened item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase receipt date. 

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

DELIVERY

Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will only be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type.

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.
